PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system, etc., capable of giving a reader a new incentive for reading a Web page. SOLUTION: In this information providing system, in which a server device 1 is connected to a client device 2 via the Internet 3 in a communicatable way, the server device 1 is provided with a profit DB 13 for storing profit information for specifying profit contents to be offered to an information reader, and a profit processing part 16d for specifying the profit contents to be offered to the reader and storing the profit contents in the profit DB 13, when the information is read. According to the system, a completely new incentive for the reader to look at the Web page can be offered. |
