PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of operating with an ultra-low power consumption by applying in response to a feature of a device of an SOI structure, a clock having the same and an electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit comprises a first power source line for supplying a first potential, a second power source line for supplying a second potential lower than the first potential, a constant-voltage generator 90 electrically connected to the first and second lines, a third power source line 94 for supplying a constant voltage with the first potential as a reference to be generated by the generator 90, and an operating circuit 92 electrically connected to the first and third lines. In this case, at least a part of the transistor for constituting the generator 90 has a field effect transistor of an SOI structure of a partly depletion type electrically connected with a body region and a source region. At least a part of the circuit 92 has a field effect transistor of the SOI structure of the partial depletion type in which the body region is in an electrically floating state. |
