PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily perform wireless communications between a hands- free apparatus and a portable telephone 10. SOLUTION: An operating microphone 30A is disposed at a vehicle front away from the driver seat and locates away from a center console 100. A vehicle room antenna is housed in a case of the microphone 30A and locates at a vehicle front from the driver seat away from the center console 100. A portable telephone 10 locates near the driver and little obstructs wireless communications between the portable telephone 10 and the room antenna, thus ensuring satisfactory wireless communications between the hands-free apparatus and the portable telephone 10. The room antenna is housed in the case of the microphone 30A to eliminate labor for newly mounting a room antenna unit in the vehicle room.
