PURPOSE: An air conditioner with ventilating device is provided to take in outside air into a room with a simple structure by forming at least one inflow opening behind a cross flow fan and connecting an air supply pipe with the inflow opening. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner includes a chassis device(51,55); a cross flow fan(60); a cut-off guide(54); a passage guide(57); and an air supply pipe(80). The chassis device has inlets(I) and an outlet(O) for indoor air to pass. The cross flow fan is installed in the chassis device to forcibly flow indoor air. The cut-off guide is installed between the inlets and the outlet of the chassis to divide device an intake area and a discharge area of the cross flow fan. The passage guide is installed inside the chassis device behind the cross flow fan to guide flow of the indoor air and has an inflow opening(57a) one surface thereof for outdoor air to flow in by suction force generated by rotation of the cross flow fan. The air supply pipe connects the inflow opening with an outdoor side for the outdoor air to flow in.
