PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for issuing cards which enables to resister a customer data without number mistake on an immediate card issuing. SOLUTION: The following method for issuing card which processes four steps solves the purpose. The first step is to prepare an application form which has printed a distinguishing code which means a number of membership. The second step is that the applicant fills in this form. The third step is that a distinguishing code reader of a card issuing machine reads the distinguishing code of the applicant and issues a card. The forth step is that the other entries in the form is inputted in a customer database on registration of the customer database, besides, the distinguishing code is read by the second distinguishing code reader and it is registered in the customer database as one record data. |
