PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contactless data carrying device with a high magnetic coupling efficiency of a booster antenna coil and a secondary coil, dispensing with a high precision processing. SOLUTION: In the contactless data carrying device provided with a first wiring layer (110) and a second wiring layer (120), at least either of which has an antenna coil, superimposed on each other via a dielectric layer (130), to which a booster antenna section capacitively coupled and the booster antenna section as a primary coil and to which a secondary coil to be electromagnetically coupled, detours (111a, 121a), which make a detour in an almost square shape along with an external shape of the secondary coil of a data carrier semiconductor chip (150) or other data carrier modules and so as to almost superimpose the detour on the external shape in one of neighboring sections of the antenna coil in the wiring layer are provided and the antenna coil in the wiring layer is formed by electromagnetically coupling the detours to an antenna coil mounted on the semiconductor chip (150). |
