PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for contents distribution and a recording medium with a recorded contents distributing program which enables a contents provider to judge whether or not supplied contents are distributed to a contents provided person and also enables the contents provider and provided person to mutually confirm the matching of the contents to be distributed. SOLUTION: An information storage and control part 14 of a contents distributing device 1 stores contents supplied from a sender device 2. A distribution management table 16 contains distribution destination information on the contents. An information distribution management control part 12 distributes the contents stored in the information storage and control part 14 to recipient devices 3-1 and 3-2 at requests from the recipient devices 3-1 and 3-2 and stores the date and time of the distribution as the date and time of distribution completion while making it correspond to the distribution destination information stored in the distribution management table 16.
