PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product information providing system, capable of correcting and providing necessary product information timely, appropriately, and easily and quickly, in response to design changes. SOLUTION: In this product information providing system 1, a main server 10 and a plurality of sub servers 30, arranged in respective set regions can be connected mutually via a network 2. The main server 10 is provided with a user information storing means for making identification information allocated to users correspond to the addresses of the sub servers 30 controlling the identification information to one another and storing the identification information and the addresses, a retrieving means for retrieving data stored in the user information storing means on the identification information of the users and acquiring the addresses of the sub servers controlling the data, and a transmitting means for transmitting the acquired addresses of the sub servers to the terminals of the users. The respective sub servers 30 are provided with a product information storing means for storing product information, and a product information providing means for providing the product information stored in the product information storing means, in response to a request from a user terminal device. |
