PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a lodger to utilize a high quality facility at a low cost, and meanwhile, to allow the owner of a noncommercial lodging facility to effectively utilize vacancy. SOLUTION: This lodging system 1 is a lodgeable facility owned by a company, an individual or a public organization and is provided with noncommercial lodging facilities 11 and 12, provided to allow anyone other than a person related to its owner to utilize the facilities 11 and 12, a server 4 for storing a homepage offering the information the facilities 11 and 12 and client terminals 2, with which a person who wants to utilize the facilities 11 and 12 accesses the homepage via a network 3. A list of persons, who want to utilize the facilities 11 and 12, is stored in a storing means connected to a server 4, the homepage notifies the persons, who want to utilize the facilities 11 and 12 of a vacancy situation, at least the facial portraits and messages of the managers of the facilities 11 and 12 are stored in the server 4 or a storing mean and their contents can be browsed on the homepage. The server 4 may also be provided with a homepage for inviting the facilities 11 and 12. |
