SOLUTION: In a user information managing part in a portal site server 2, the personal information of the user is managed. When information is requested from a user terminal 1 to an information site server 3, personal information containing contents such as hobby or taste of the user is transmitted from the portal site server 2 to the information site server 3. The information site server 3 transmits the information on contents adaptive to the received personal information to the user terminal 1.
