PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe settling method which enables a seller to confirm that a buyer is ready to pay for an article before sending the article and securely receive the money for the article when there is no claim, etc., and also enables the buyer to pays for the article after receiving the article and confirming the genuineness, quality, quantity, etc., of the article. SOLUTION: Payment-only accounts are open at a bank by individual dealings in articles to be paid after delivery or service. The buyer sets information for identifying the individual dealings to the payment-only accounts, prepares money to be paid to the seller, password data for allowing the seller to receive the money, and password data for confirming transfer to the payment-only accounts. The seller receives the money from the payment-only account by using the information for identifying the dealings and the password data for the payment from the seller. |
