PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales support method, by which a customer, who visits a store, can speedily receive customer services without looking for the clerk around. SOLUTION: When the customer, who visits the store, selects a service request out of various services provided by a client information center, to which a specified number or home page address is assigned, by a connection to this client information center while using an information communication terminal, the client information center calls the prescribed clerk and dispatches him/her to deal with the customer. |
