SOLUTION: A questionnaire is conducted to portable telephones K1, K2, K3,... connected to a server 2 through the Internet 3, and user information acquired from the answers to the questionnaire is stored in a user information storing means 26. The user information is made to correspond to a merchandise information DB 23, and a portable telephone suitable to a user is automatically selected. Merchandise information about the selected portable telephone is made to correspond to an outlet store information DB 24, and an outlet store is automatically selected. The selected outlet store is made to correspond to the user information, and the selected merchandise information or outlet store information are transmitted to the user. |
