PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an orderer to extremely easily prepare ordering data without preparing a large number of documents. SOLUTION: A WWW server 5 performs processing for providing preparation condition data expressing the preparation conditions of existent electric/electronic equipment on a working site W to an orderer A1. The WWW server 5 has a memory 21 for storing the ordering data, which are sent from the orderer A1 corresponding to the provided preparation condition data, containing the specification of electric/electronic equipment desired to install at least and provides the ordering data to a deliverer B1. The ordering server 5 performs processing for preparing approval support data, which contain information making correspondent the ordered specification of electric/electronic equipment desired to install and an approved specification at least, for supporting approving processing of the orderer A1 on the basis of approval demand data, which are sent from the deliverer B1, containing the approved specification of electric/electronic equipment corresponding to the ordered specification of the ordering data and the ordering data stored in the memory 21 and performs processing for providing the prepared approval support data to the orderer A1.
