SOLUTION: This sales and support system is provided with a contact center system 20 capable of handling multimedia such as audio signals, FAX signals, electronic mail and Web through a communication line connected to an IP network 1 such as Internet and a public line network 2. The contact center system has a subsystem, which has client database 23, sales and support job server 22, Web server 22, mail server 22, CTI server 22, audio server 22 and IVR 22 and is connected to the communication line. Besides, the system is provided with a gateway device 21 for making the audio signal and the FAX signal received from the public line network into IP packet and transmitting it to the IP network and a computer 50, which is connected to the IP network, for operating at least one of Internet FAX software, Internet telephone software, Web browser and electronic mail software. |
