PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system which request an ordinary user of network shopping to provide the information about merchandise and also prepares a database having a high utilization value to a merchandise provider. SOLUTION: This information processing system connected to a communication network is provided with an information receiving parts 222 for receiving information about merchandise from the ordinary user and a paying part 223, and money is paid to the information provider when information is received. The received information is processed, and the database 143 that has a high utilization value to the merchandise provider is constructed. A preliminarily registered merchandise provider can obtain the information by a request receiving part 233 and an information transmitting part 234. When the information is transmitted to the merchandise provider, a charging part 235 charges the merchandise provider and a paying part 236 further pays money to the information provider. |
