PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the objectivity of the predicted information of race results is not secured sufficiently. SOLUTION: The predicted information that an information provider inputs from a predicted information inputting/selling terminal device 10 is stored in a predicted information buying and selling managing device 6. After a race, evaluation information is generating in each information provider in accordance with the success or failure of the predicted information and stored in a customer managing device 4. The evaluation information is made to correspond to the next information to be predicted by the information provider. The terminal device 10 presents the identification information of the predicted information and the evaluation information to an information user before buying race prediction information. The evaluation information becomes the objective information for making a decision with respect to the reliability of the predicted information to the information user. The information user selects predicted information on the basis of the evaluation information, makes payment and acquires the predicted information itself. |
