CIRCULAR FLUORESCENT LAMP AND LUMINAIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular fluorescent lamp capable of improving luminous efficacy and thin in tubular diameter by forming a desired coldest part in a small tube extended in a base and a luminaire with this circular fluorescent lamp installed on it. SOLUTION: The circular fluorescent lamp 1 is constituted by having a circular bulb 2 the tubular outer diameter (d) of which is 14-18 mm and the base 3 made of a first base member 3A and a second base member 3B respectively divided into two semi cylindrical bodies from a cylindrical body, and a head end of the small tube 6 sealed and installed on one end part 2A of the bulb 2 is extended to a cavity 19 formed roughly on a central part of the first base member 3A and the second base member 3B.
