PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of removing heat generated in a sealed frame. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus having a sealed frame 103 for housing electronic circuits with the frame downside directly exposed to outside air comprises a heat sink 101 having through-holes 102. The heat sink 101 is hermetically fixed in the closed frame so that the through-holes 102 serve as vent holes for venting air from the downside of the closed frame to the upside. Heat generated from heating components 108 conducts to the heat sink 101 and is thermally dispersed with a gas flowing through the through-holes 102 and exhausted with exhaust 111, thus removing the heat generated in the sealed frame of the electronic apparatus.
