PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method wherein the dropping of ink on an upper part of work board is prevented and time necessary for a screen printing process can be effectively reduced in the screen printing process is wiring board manufacturing. SOLUTION: At a printing finishing position as a finishing point of screen printing, residual ink 2 which is left and deposited on the front side of a moving direction of a squeegee 10 is scooped with a shovel 12. The scooped ink is held with the shovel 12 and an ink drop preventing member 14 which is formed separately from the squeegee 10. The shovel 12 and the ink drop preventing member 14 which hold the ink 2 are collectively moved to a printing start position together with the squeegee 10.
