摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of operating with an ultra-low power consumption by applying in response to a feature of a device of an SOI structure, a clock having the same and an electronic equipment. SOLUTION: An ultra-low constant voltage is generated from a potential difference between a first power source line VDD and a second power source line VSS externally supplied by a low voltage generator 102 having a MOSFET of a body tie type PD SOI structure, and supplied to a digital circuit 110 having a MOSFET of a floating body type PD SOI structure. An oscillation circuit 104 has a MOSFET of a body tie type PD SOI structure required for an analog operation, and is operated by the ultra-low constant voltage. When a ratio of the number of the body tie type element is small, process conditions are regulated so that threshold values of the body tie type and the floating body type become equivalent, and a circuit operation stopping voltage is lowered.
