PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem where switching devices are broken down due to surge voltages generated by inductances of power lines and applied to the switching devices and by the significant influence of heat generated by an operation. SOLUTION: This inverter control module comprises power lines 3a and 3b and three output lines 4a, 4b and 4c, which are formed on both surfaces of a ceramic board, switching devices 5 mounted on the power line 3a and the respective output lines 4a, 4b and 4c, first connection means which connect to the switching devices 5 to the respective output lines 4a, 4b and 4c, second connection means 7 connecting the switching devices 5 to the power line 3b, and a metal element 9 bonded to the power line 3b with an insulating layer 8 between them. The respective one side ends of the power line 3b and the metal element 9 protrude out from the end part of the ceramic board 2 and volumes of the respective protruding parts are practically the same. |
