PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time measuring system, a time measuring device, and a vehicle capable of accurately measuring time, by solving the problem of an impossibility for accurately measuring time by a conventional time measurement using radio waves. SOLUTION: In the time measuring system, the time measuring device, and the vehicle, a mobile unit 1 continuously images a road surface by a CCD camera 11 and transmits an image by a transmitter 12; an image processing device 2 analyses the image and recognizes start/end point of the time measurement to output it to a time processing device 3; and the time processing device measures time. |
