PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively increase flexural stiffness of a printed circuit board by a pattern, and to inhibit retention of warpage after conveyance. SOLUTION: A pattern 13 is formed on the printed circuit board 1. In this case, the pattern 13 continues in the direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction of a substrate.
