PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve users' operability of an electronic form system. SOLUTION: When logging in from the other system, users' legitimacy is determined based on an external authentication information generated by the other system. And when selecting an electronic form, a form list screen is displayed and the user is only able to choose electronic forms belonging to a group in accordance with electronic forms under user's concerns. Among electronic form data, index data is stored in database, and form data amount to actual data of the electronic form is stored in a sequential file.
