PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network communication device for performing stable certification processing even if a bus reset occurs when performing the certification processing via a bus bridge device. SOLUTION: The network communication device N1 comprises an interface section 15 that performs transfer processing of digital data to a node device N4 that is provided on a second network through the bus bridge device 31 that is connected to first and second networks B1 and B2 where the network communication device N1 is connected, and a bus reset processing section 13 for generating a report signal for reporting that a bus reset occurred in the first network when the bus reset should occur and supplying the report signal to the node device N4 on the second network via the bus bridge device.
