PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk recording/reproducing device provided with a stepped shape formed integrally with a sheet member itself in the sheet member of a structure for pressing in a thrust direction during disk rotary-driving. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a motor driving main body 200 for rotary-driving a disk, a turntable 300 loading the disk and rotated by the motor driving main body, a clamper 500 for clamping the disk with the turntable, a clamper holder 600 provided to hold the clamper and having a gap provided for rotating the clamper, and a flat-plate sheet member for suppressing the backlash or vibration of a thrust direction when the disk is rotary-driven. In this case, the sheet member for applying a force for pressing in the thrust direction is provided with a stepped shape.
