PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler for electronic component in which a frame for fixing a fan can be secured firmly to a heat sink without enhancing the mechanical strength of the frame. SOLUTION: Hooks 37a and 39a of a pair of fixing leg parts 37 and 39 provided for a fan fixing frame 27 engage with hook engaging parts provided on the base 11 of a heat sink 3. Protrusions 45 being fitted in gaps g formed between a plurality of heat dissipation fins 7 of a heat dissipation fin unit 9 are provided, as a first rolling prevention engaging structure, on the top plate 29 of the frame 27 for fixing a fan. Furthermore, a protruding part 55 abutting against the end face of the heat dissipation fin in the second direction is provided as a second rolling prevention engaging structure for preventing the top plate 29 from rolling in the second direction. |
