PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement device that automatically detects the hold state of a digital camera. SOLUTION: This invention provides a digital camera, that is equipped with the arrangement device that can automatically converts an image into a proper image, in matching with a video image, as viewed through a finder. The arrangement device 38, automatically detecting the hold state of the digital camera, includes an insulation case C formed with an insulation bottom and insulation sidewalls and having a cavity separated into recessed parts, a conductive plate A, that covers the cavity of the insulation case and is connected to a power supply, conductive pads selectively placed on the insulation bottom, and a conductive ball (moving sensor) B that is turned in the cavity due to the effect of the gravity. The ball B, brought into contact with a conductive pad D and the conductive plate A indicates that the digital camera is held.
