The casing (10) has a cavity (101) inside an upper region for the screw. A through passage (102) extends from the bottom of the cavity. There is an issuing region (103) at the bottom of the through passage. There is also a turning component (104) with a pressing component (1041) projecting beyond the side surface of the casing.
