PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system that can conduct an optimum discharge management according to application environment or condition of a secondary battery and contribute to decrease the capacity of electric cell and reliable start-up. SOLUTION: A controller 37 computes available electricity based on battery capacity corresponding to the voltage of a 12 V battery 23 and the capacity of the secondary battery 15 corresponding to the voltage of the secondary battery 15 and necessary electricity for thawing of water tank 41 based on the temperature of the water tank 41 and the capacity of the water tank. When the computed available electricity is greater than the necessary electricity for thawing, the controller 37 controls to supply electricity with an electric heater 25 from the secondary battery 15 to the 12 V battery 23 by activating a 12 V DC/DC converter 17. |
