PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a dictionary function matched with liking of a user by utilizing the capacity of a memory, e.g. effectively with respect to portable communication equipment for preparing document data. SOLUTION: A memory M1 has plural memory blocks F1 to FN1 to store data on a dictionary function by the unit of the memory block. A receiving means 11 receives the data on the dictionary function by the unit of the memory block designated by the user. A storage control means 12 stores the received data in the memory blocks. A document data preparing means prepares document data by using data on the dictionary function stored in the memory. A data form conversion means 12 converts received data on the dictionary function of a text form into data of a binary form, and a storage control means 12 stores the data of the binary form in the memory blocks. |
