<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer wiring board having a plurality of small filters of small loss and have high attenuation, and especially a branch filter and filters for each frequency band. SOLUTION: A multilayer wiring board is provided with a dielectrics block 1 in which a plurality of dielectrics layers 1a-1i are laminated, and a cavity 12 formed from a part of the main surface side of the dielectrics block toward the lamination direction of the dielectrics layer for mounting an electronic part 13. A low-pass filter 17 is formed between lower-part dielectrics layers of the cavity, between dielectrics layers with no cavity formed, which comprises a relatively long strip line 31 and a capacity component where one electrode is connected to the long strip line while the other electrode connected to an earth electric potential through a part between the lower-part dielectrics layers. A high-pass filter 18 is formed at a part between adjoining dielectrics layers adjoining the cavity, at a part between dielectrics layers forming the cavity, which comprises a relatively short strip line 34 and a capacity component where one electrode is connected to the short strip line while the other electrode connected to an input circuit through the part between adjoining dielectrics layers.</p> |
