SOLUTION: A mobile communication equipment integrating an electronic coin, an electronic card and an electronic purse in an inside memory section is called as the electronic money and after downloading the information on desired amount of money from the electronic bank 14 through a public circuit by the electronic coin 101, it can be used repeatedly for an automated vending machine 2 within the amount of carrying money through a private communication network that does not generate any communication cost. |
