PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for setting up an appropriate supporting fee for a supporting service by a vendor based on a user's frequency or extent of use of services. SOLUTION: The present invention stores names of users and their ranks of services relationally. It converts a point which has resulted from the work to cope with a user's inquiry into an amount of money corresponding to the user's rank above using a point conversion table with fees set up for each rank, and determines a support fee which is the total of the amount and expenses incurred for coping with the user's inquiry mentioned above. |
