PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information-providing system which can control two-way targeting between an information provider and a user and exposure of information, and also to provide a method for the information providing system. SOLUTION: The information to be provided to a user is decided according to the matching or the non-matching secured between the data on sex, age, interested field, etc., of the user which are set by the user himself and the information attribute data on plural types of information and sex, age, interested, etc., of an object to which each type of information is provided. Then the information decided is provided to the user. Thus, the information and advertisements can be targeted to both sides of the provider and user of information, by describing the request items of both the provider and the user. As a result, the effect of transmission can be improved for both information and advertisements. |
