PURPOSE: A process for preparing a boiled rice in an eggshell is provided by boiling boiled rice, chestnut and the like in an eggshell for a certain period of time. The prepared rice is excellent in flavor and nutrients. CONSTITUTION: The process for preparing a boiled rice in an eggshell comprises the steps of: inserting 50% of boiled rice, 20% of ground, boiled chestnut, 10% of ground, boiled potato, 5% of ground white egg, 5% of chopped sausage, 7% of olive oil, and a small amount of salt into an eggshell; and heating the eggshell in an oven for 25 minutes without producing crevice thereon, in which the boiled rice is prepared by steaming the rice, drying and polishing the rice. |
