PURPOSE: An air conditioner with ventilating device is provided to take outside air into a room on operation thereof without a separate motor. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner includes a chassis device(51,55); a cross flow fan(60) and a driving motor(65); an axial flow fan(80); and an air supply and discharge pipe(90). The chassis device has inlets(I) and outlets(O) for indoor air to pass. The cross flow fan and the motor are installed in the chassis device to forcibly flow the indoor air. The axial flow fan is connected with the cross flow fan by an axis(85) same with the axis of the cross flow fan to take in outside air or discharge the indoor air. The air supply and discharge pipe connects one side surface of the chassis device with an outdoor side for the outside air to flow in or the indoor air to be discharged as the axial flow fan works. |
