PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image recorder that can prevent required moving image data from being missing due to deviation or the like in operation timing. SOLUTION: The moving image recorder utilizes a magnetic disk which is a 2nd recording medium for backup recording, while recording a moving image on a write enable optical disk being a 1st storage medium as a major object and records, even moving image parts not recorded on the optical disk on the magnetic disk at a low rate. On the occurrence of wrong recording of the moving image onto the optical disk, the moving image recorder allows dubbing of the required moving image part from the magnetic disk to the optical disk. |
