PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated semiconductor circuit device, capable of simplifying the constitution of the device itself and a mounting board, while preventing operation errors or characteristic deterioration of an analog circuit hybrid mounted together with a digital circuit. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device comprises a hybrid circuit of an analog circuit and a digital circuit, and a built-in regulator circuit to stabilize a prescribed power supply voltage to be input and to supply the voltage as the power supply voltage to the analog circuit from the output node to the analog circuit.
