PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a view-video recording processing unit by which a user can view or video-record an object program with a simple operation. SOLUTION: The view-video recording processing unit is provided with a generating means (205) that generates history information with respect to viewing, in correspondence with the viewing of a prescribed channel in a prescribed time zone over a prescribed time or more and with execution means (201, 202, 203, 204), that carry out processing with respect to the viewing or video recording of a prescribed channel in a prescribed time zone, on the basis of the history information.
