PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a sheet heater having a wide heating area. SOLUTION: A guide member is provided to an insulating layer having a pressure sensitive adhesive layer or an adhesive layer, a sheet heating element formed in a given shape is laminated on the insulating layer according to the guide member, and the insulating layer and the sheet heating element are pinched and crimped, to get an integrally molded sheet heating element.
