PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pamphlet preparation system, enabling a customer himself to quickly prepare a pamphlet by utilizing a computer of a printing company, etc. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an order-receiving computer 2 for receiving a pamphlet printing order and a computer for ordering pamphlet print connected to the computer 2 via a network. The computer 2 has: a storing means 7 for storing a plurality of pieces of image- and character data about information to be published on the pamphlet and a plurality of pieces of layout data about the layout of the information to be carried on the pamphlet; a composition control means 8 for composing the pamphlet on the basis of layout data, image data and character data selected by the computer for ordering and preparing pamphlet preparation data; and a printing control means 9 for printing the pamphlet, on the basis of the prepared data. |
