PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for photographic print distribution and a method and a system for image data storage service which enables the user of a camera to receive photographic prints without visiting a DPE store, etc., nor using external equipment such as a personal computer. SOLUTION: A digital camera 10 has a data communication function using portable telephone or PHS, and when a transmission button 22 is pressed, photographed image data are transmitted to a print service system 12 through a base station 60 of a mobile communication company. The print service system 12 prints the received image data by a high-picture-quality color video printer, identifies the data sender through sender notification service that the mobile communication company provides, and distributes the print images to the sender. In a 2nd implementation style, the image data from the digital camera 10 are temporarily stored to the server and services for image output, CD-ROM production, image browsing, etc., are provided. |
