BROADCAST PROGRAM LINK INFORMATION PROVIDING SYSTEM, DEVICE, METHOD AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast program link information providing system that provides information linked with a broadcast program on the air at present. SOLUTION: A broadcast program analysis section 14 analyzes video and audio signals of a broadcast program received by a broadcast program receiving section 13 in a server unit 1. A contents providing section 15 sequentially updates contents of the broadcast program on the basis of a message sent from a terminal 2 and provides a chat to the terminal 2. The contents providing section 15 changes update timing of the contents on the basis of the analysis result by the broadcast program analysis section 14 and inserts prescribed information other than the message sent from the terminal 2. Furthermore, the contents providing section 15 provides the contents only for a program broadcast time on the basis of a program guide stored in a program guide database 11 and reserved contents by a broadcast program reservation section 12. Moreover, the terminal 2 displays a broadcast program received by a broadcast program receiving section 21 and the contents received from the server unit 1 by a communication processing section 25 on a display section 22.
