PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television broadcast receiver that fuses data broadcast and Internet information and can allow a mobile information terminal to easily acquire up-to-date information by supplementing information requiring immediacy in data broadcast information with the Internet information. SOLUTION: This invention provides the television broadcast receiver 11 where an IC card 25 recording information of data broadcast contents is loaded to a mobile phone 26 for the control. The IC card 25 records information to allow the mobile phone 26 to automatically access an Internet information service compatible with a selected choice and to acquire required information when a user selects the choice requiring immediacy from a selection menu displayed on a liquid crystal display section 27 of the mobile phone 26.
