PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for manufacturing electronic parts capable of stably supporting a work for manufacturing electronic parts even in liquid like high-speed flowing solvent, and of effectively carrying out the work processing requiring solvent such as component elution and cleaning without damage to the work. SOLUTION: A jig 100 for manufacturing electronic parts is arranged facing to both main surfaces WP of the work W respectively, and provided with a single pair of jig bodies 1 and 1 immersed into a processing liquid L, with the work W retained. The jig body 1 is provided with an in-plane direction positioning part 3 which is formed corresponding to the outer edge position on the main surface WP of the work W to be retained and which restricts the retaining position in the main surface WP in-plane direction of the work W to a pair of jig bodies 1 and 1 in an engagement condition, and thickness direction positioning part 4 which is formed on a work facing surface 1a corresponding to the main surface WP of the work in the jig body 1 and which restricts the retaining position in the thickness direction of the work W to a pair of jig bodies 1 and 1 in the engagement condition. The jig body 1 is provided with a surface direction liquid flow part 5 which allows a liquid flow along the work main surface between the work facing surface 1a and the work main surface WP. |
