PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical reflection type information reading device which can detect and report whether optical noise is mingled or not. SOLUTION: A reading electrical signal connected by a photoelectric converter is evaluated, and it can be detected whether an outside reflected light, which is reflected from another medium by the reflected light of a reading light which is reflected from the light source, (or/and an outside light which is emitted from another light source) is mingled in the reflected reading light or not. When it is detected that the outside reflected light (or/and outside light) is mingled, it can be reported by displaying that it acts as an influence of optical noise. |
