PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rare earth hybrid magnet composition which is composed of rare earth magnetic powder and ferrite magnetic powder, capable of restraining a magnet from deteriorating in magnetic properties when it is manufactured from the composition, inexpensive, and excellent in rectangularity, and a magnet formed of the same. SOLUTION: A rare earth hybrid magnet composition is composed of rare earth magnetic powder and ferrite magnetic powder, where the ferrite magnetic powder having specific coercive force is selected and subjected to surface treatment by the use of a special surface treating agent. A magnet formed of the above magnet composition is provided. |
