PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable alteration of the quality of a service to be provided by a mobile telephone system for enhancing the quality of the service by expecting a desired result of an actual improvement through the alteration. SOLUTION: A method for improving the operation of the mobile telephone system comprises the steps of comparing signals which are communicated between a known spot point and a plurality of base stations in the mobile telephone system, deciding the degree of interference of the signals in a channel which expects the service to the known spot point, and deciding the value of probability for interference at the known spot point. |
